WHAT TO EXPECT
Our Hearing Technology Fittings are designed to program and "fit" your hearing aids to your hearing levels and your lifestyle needs. The appointment consists of three different objectives:

When programming your hearing aids, we use methods and techniques that are backed by research evidence based practices. By measuring the sound coming out of the hearing aids with microphones close to your eardrums, we adjust the sound and verify the sound that is getting to your ears and brain is appropriate and optimized for your hearing.
get acquainted with your hearing technology
All supplies needed for proper care of your hearing aids are provided during your fitting appointment. We will discuss how to best care for and maintain your hearing aids to optimize your hearing in everyday life.
let's get you connected!
One of the latest innovations with hearing aids is connectivity to your cell phone and other wireless devices through Bluetooth. We will pair your hearing aids with all extra devices to ensure a seamless connection. Guidance regarding phone apps (if applicable) will also be provided.
